Safe Secure Shipping

We understand that shipping a very expensive, cherished Rolex watch or other luxury watch is extremely nerve-wracking. You want assurance your watch is in safe hands. We’ve structured our shipping process to ensure that your watch is 100% covered while in transit to and from being worked on.

Declared Value Advantage Shipping

We only use FedEx shipping and your watch will be insured for its full declared value. The program we use is designed specifically for jewelry shipments. It’s called the FedEx Declared Value Advantage program and guarantees the safety of your package.

How It Works

You will be EMAILED A QR CODE, and then bring your watch to your nearest approved FedEx shipping location. You will also receive instructions on how to properly package your item to ensure that the contents are not apparent to handlers. 

Packages are never left at our door or your door. Instead, we use a lockbox that can only be accessed at FedEx. You will receive a FedEx label to initiate shipping and you will drop your package off at your nearest FedEx location. When we return the watch to you, the package will be delivered to that same FedEx location and stored in a lockbox. You will need ID to pick up the package.

FedEx label sent to client. The watch is insured for full value.

Client drops off the package at the designated FedEx location.

Package is delivered to Elite and opened under camera surveillance (video recorded) to ensure contents are received and documented as declared.

We complete a full inspection and finalize repair price with client.

We ship the watch back fully insured to your designated FedEx location. You will need ID to collect the package from the lockbox.
