    • Warranty Term: Any watch repair service we provide is covered for a full year from the date the service was completed.

      Work Covered: Any defects or issues directly to the part(s) repaired or replaced.

      What is not Covered: The following situations reflect what is not covered under warranty:

      • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or modifications made by another party.
      • Parts we did not specifically work on during the repair process.

    • Warranty Ownership: The terms of this warranty are between Elite Watch Co. and the original customer. It cannot be transferred.

      Filing a Claim: To file a claim, simply reach out to us or stop by our shop. Be sure to bring the original repair receipt and we'll take care of the rest.

    • Unexpected Data Loss: If your watch stores data, we highly recommend you back up the watch prior to Elite Watch Co commencing a repair job. We're not liable for any unexpected snags like lost time or data, so please back up any important information before handing over your watch for repairs or battery replacements.
