    NOT ALL CUSTOM DIALS ARE CREATED EQUALLY, I can show you two green dials, one is $250 the other is $1000. You must have someone knowledgeable overseeing the sourcing of the dial and making sure its appearance is perfect. If you go out with friends wearing a dial that is poorly made, any watch enthusiast will be able to easily call you out. At Elite Watch Co, we recommend the middle to higher tier dials only. We want to be proud of the products we put out, if you want the cheap route, we are not the right fit.

    • We always take great care to ensure the watch movement isn't damaged or affected in the process of replacing Rolex dials.
    • During final assembly, we make sure the dial is installed securely so it is not loose and doesn't shift at all.
    • Also we make sure the hands are attached correctly for precise and accurate timekeeping.
    • The case and bezel are refitted securely as well.
    • Then we put your Rolex through testing to confirm that it is performing with 100% accuracy.
