We are a nationally established luxury watch retailer and service provider at Elite Watch Co., specializing in high-end Swiss timepieces, including Rolex, Cartier, Omega, and other premier manufacturers. Our reputation is built on precision, consistency, and trust, with particular expertise in Rolex bracelet tightening and high-quality service work.

We are seeking a Senior Watchmaker with 3+ years of professional bench experience to take a leading role within our operation. Openings at this level are limited—we hire carefully and expect a high standard of work.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

Diagnose mechanical and quartz watch issues with accuracy.

Perform full overhauls (disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, reassembly).

Regulate movements to manufacturer specifications.

Replace components (crystals, crowns, stems, gaskets, hands).

Conduct water resistance testing and final quality control.

Perform bracelet adjustments, including high-volume Rolex bracelet tightening.

Execute light refinishing and polishing (preferred).

Maintain clear and detailed service documentation.

Communicate repair findings and timelines effectively.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

Minimum 3+ years of professional watchmaking experience (bench required).

CW21 certification or equivalent proven ability.

Experience servicing luxury brands (Rolex, Omega, Breitling, Cartier).

Strong familiarity with common movements (ETA 7750 and similar).

Ability to work independently with consistent, high-level output.

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

Polishing/refinishing experience preferred.
