Returns & Exchanges Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund or exchange. The policy details below vary by item type:
Pre-Owned Luxury Watches:Â
7-day return window (refund): If you decide you are not happy with your luxury watch purchase, upon delivery, you have 7 days to contact us to return it for a full refund, or you can exchange it for another watch.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition as receivedâunworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Please review the full terms below under âReturn & Eligibility Conditions.â
30-day exchange window (store credit): After 7 days, should you decide to return the watch, you are entitled to a full in-store credit that can be used towards any other watch(es) and/or accessories. This credit never expires.

Accessories (New & Pre-Owned)
All new and pre-owned accessories (dials, bezels, bracelets, and links):

W Brand Watches

Exceptions
- Special-order and custom-made items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Personalized items are not eligible for return.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be received back in the same condition and with the same contents as originally delivered, including all original packaging, tags, boxes, papers, and accessories. All returns are subject to inspection and verification before any refund or exchange is approved or processed.
If an item is returned worn, installed, altered, resized, damaged, missing components, or otherwise not in original condition, Elite Watch Co. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

(a) refuse the return; or

(b) accept the return with a restocking fee and/or deductions reflecting wear, damage, missing items, and any costs required to restore the item to saleable condition.
Any applicable deductions will be communicated to the buyer prior to processing the refund.
Refunds, Shipping & Deductions
Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment for the purchase price paid, less shipping/postage costs and any applicable restocking fees or deductions.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at info@elitewatchco.com Once your return or exchange is approved, we will email you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

Please follow the packaging and shipping instructions provided, including securely packaging the item and using the provided label. Return authorizations and labels must be used within the timeframe provided in your approval email. Elite Watch Co. is not responsible for items sent to the wrong address or returns not shipped in accordance with the provided instructions.
After your return is received, we will inspect the item for wear, damage, or missing components. If the return is accepted, your refund or store credit will be processed.

Damages and Issues with Purchased Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item â your in-store credit can be applied to that purchase.
Refund Timing
We will notify you once weâve received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund.

Service Guarantee
Elite Watch Co. stands behind its work. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right. If a return is required for evaluation or corrective service, we will provide a shipping label and return instructions.
Limited Service Warranty
Cleaning and overhaul (labor/workmanship): Covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date the service is completed.
Bracelet repairs (labor/workmanship): Covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date the service is completed.
This limited warranty covers defects in workmanship related to the service performed. This warranty does not cover issues caused by accident, misuse, neglect, improper handling, normal wear and tear, water damage, impact damage (drops), unauthorized modifications, or repairs performed by anyone other than Elite Watch Co.
To request warranty service, contact info@elitewatchco.com with your proof of service and a description of the issue. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification.
